International Talents Day at the Theatertreffen 2008 (Theater Meeting)
Impulses - Conferences - Workshops on Saturday, May 11, 2008, in the Haus der Berliner Festspiele.

The Berlin Theatertreffen, the most prestigious festival for German-language theater, lures countless spectators, theater-makers and critics from at home and abroad to the capital every year.
In 2006 the "tt talentetreffen" project was brought into existence to emphasize the role of the newest generation of theater talents as a significant part of the festival. It offers young committed artists the chance to make contacts, expand their knowledge in workshops, and present their first original works to an international audience. The "talentetreffen" is supported by impulse lectures, discussions, and talks.
The project’s goal was to promote contact between international experts and young Europeans working in field of theater.

In its first year already, the project served approximately 500 participants and over 30 institutions. In 2008 the "tt" meeting promised to have an even greater international reach since selected institutions have been invited from abroad on this occasion.
